Make it  Realistic!

Not only should you not over-exert yourself when you first start, but you also shouldn't make goals that are unrealistic. Here are 3 tips to help you set your workout goals! 

-Make sure that you're not over-training when you first start a workout routine. Ease into it. 

-Pick a time of day that you know you can stick to and write it in your calendar!  if you’re fighting for time your workout is going to be the first thing that goes most likely.

-Increase your workouts as you get stronger, go 5 minutes more on your run or up the weight 2lbs. Changing things up helps build muscle and endurance not to mention its pretty exciting too! 

Keep up the hard work and be sure to change up your workout so you avoid boredom!
