Pre workout snacks!

Pre Workout snack- (30-60 minutes before your workout)

1. Medium Banana with 10-15 almonds

2. Protein power bar (keep them around 10grams of protein or higher and as low in sugar as possible)

3. 2Tbs peanut butter on half of an english muffin

4. Half a slice of whole wheat bread with one tablespoon almond butter.

5. Half a Banana mixed with half a cup of yogurt.

6. Half an avocado spread on toast or crackers.

7. Two tablespoons cottage cheese mixed with a quarter cup of sliced grapes.

8. An ounce of cheese with some crackers.



Be sure to hydrate before, during and after your workout especially if you are outside!
