What I've Been Up To

Hello my friends! I thought I would take a few moments to update you on what I’ve been up to lately. Earlier this month I began teaching two yoga classes at The Yoga Room. It has been a wonderful change I have loved every moment! Tuesday mornings at 9:00am I have a Gentle Yoga class, this class is wonderful for every level, including those that would like to participate in or with a chair.  Thursday mornings at 9:00am is Yoga Fusion, this class incorporates the best from Yoga and Pilates. I’ve also been doing some personal training sessions as well. As of right now I don’t have any openings, I do however, have a waiting list. Please let me know if you would like to be added to it.

I have some exciting educational opportunities coming up over the next year. The one I am most eager to begin is the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Certification. I’m thrilled to bring more nutrition expertise to those I train and give a better understanding of the balance of exercise and nutrition in our daily lives.


I want to thank everyone out there for your continued support, without you this journey wouldn’t be nearly as amazing!
