A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

Hello my friends!! I thought as the giving season is upon us I would share a few of my favorite things that might make good gifts for those health nuts in your life! I wish I could be like Oprah and give you all one of everything and a car as well but my list will have to do this year! haha

Here is my list with how to find the products!

  1. Natural Grocers gift card. There is nothing better than good food as a gift!

2. LifeWave Phototherapy Patches. These small patches have changed my life! I use them everyday and I have benefited in so many ways.

A few of those ways being::

  • scars disappearing
  • better sleep
  • more energy
  • aches and pains have either gone away or are nearly gone
  • crazy hair growth
  • I’m missing so many but you get the point, life changing!

If you would like to check them out for yourself you can go to lifewave.com/heatherhausman or shoot me a message! I know it sounds like its too good to be true but I’m here to tell you it’s not. They stand behind their products with a money back guarantee so it doesn’t get better than that!

Me with my favorite LifeWave combo!

3. Cookbooks are always a great gift! I just picked up Gwyneth Paltrow’s new cookbook “It’s All Easy” . There are so many great recipes and so many of them are not only healthy but don’t take much time at all! I picked mine up at a local shop (Provisions) in my neighborhood so I get to support local as well as eat good food!

“It’s All Easy”

4. As you know myofascial rolling is near and dear to my heart and RAD products are my absolute favorite! There is a wide variety of tools on their site that would make wonderful gifts for those you care about. They also have an app so you can find just what tool to use when you need it! Head to https://lddy.no/ovd1 and pick out the perfect gift for someone or yourself!

One of my favorite tools, RAD Centre

5. Last but not least, a little stocking for your stocking stuffers! Feetures are my very favorite sport sock. They not only stay in place but they are specifically made for your feet with an area for your arch and a little more cushion in the heel. You can probably grab a pair or two at your local running store or go to https://feetures.com/ to find the perfect pair.

Hopefully you can find something for those on your list and maybe a something for yourself as well!

Happy holidays my friends!

Sending extra XOXO,

H2
