H2 Here talking about feet again! Today we are going to exercise our feet without any equipment. When we wear shoes for the majority of our day the muscles in our feet tend to start slacking. So, join me for a few quick exercises you can do to show your feet the love they deserve!
Use these exercises on both feet a few times a week (leave a day in between for your feet to recover) for the biggest benefit. You’ll be amazed at how quickly your feet tire out in the beginning! Hang in there, it gets easier!
