Can I tell you a secret?

Iโ€™ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years and I still occasionally get intimidated by the gym. โ€œGymtimidationโ€ is real and it happens to all of us – beginners and professionals alike!

Loud noises, mirrors everywhere you turn, bright lights that seem to highlight everything you donโ€™t want highlighted, and SO many people. Are they looking at me? Are they judging me? Am I doing this exercise right? I guess Iโ€™ll just go home!
