Just because someone else is seeing success with XYZ doesn’t mean it is right for you! Listen to your body and do what is best for you. If you haven’t found what that is keep searching!
One of the things that makes me so sad to hear people say is “I’m just getting old”. NO, don’t fall into that trap!! Age is just a number and you can feel good, you just have to search for what works best for you. If one thing doesn’t work keep going, keep searching and don’t give in to it’s just my age. YOU were made to feel amazing! However, our culture has dumped a lot of junk on us that makes us not feel well on the daily. Try watching less news, eating more real food and moving your body in new ways. I know it’s not always easy but you will notice a difference if you keep it up!
So, please search out help, keep trying different things and don’t give up! Find your favorite exercises. I promise you there is something out there for everyone, try to eat more veggies and fruit and less processed junk, don’t give it a week or two and then give up. It didn’t take you a week or two to get to this spot, remember that! We have to start somewhere…. so, start today.
