We all have different bodies, lives and time available. I want to make sure that if you want to workout (at any level) you have a workout to do, if you want to dig deeper into nutrition, you have that info available. I typically do one on one training which I absolutely love but that keeps my hours limited because, well, Iโm only one person! After becoming overwhelmed with my waiting list I decided that I needed to add something more for those who are ready to workout. And, boom, my course was created! Okay, not quite boom but after a couple of years I have courses and groups that I am so thrilled to bring to you!

My monthly membership is for females only. We do a deep dive into specific exercises, nutrition and wellness that are specific to females.
