Mean Green Juice

Hello! Thanks to everyone who joined me last Thursday for the “Benefits of Juicing”class at Natural Grocers! Here is the recipe for the Mean Green Juice we made…

A few things to remember~

  • Alter the amount of ginger to your taste
  • If you are not using organic (which I would highly recommend!) then peel the apple and cucumber
  • Try to drink your juice within 24-36 hours
  • Have fun creating your own recipes!

There are many health benefits to my Mean Green concoction. Here are a few~
