1. Have fresh fruit and vegetables ready to eat in your refrigerator. If they are ready to eat this will make it easier to grab something healthy like celery and carrots instead of chips or candy.
2. Prep things the night before to ensure enough time. I always have greens and protein powder first thing in the morning to get my body jump started. I put water in my blender bottle stick it in the fridge so it is ready to mix as soon as I get up. The less steps we have to think through first thing in the morning the better!
3. Plan your week of meals ahead. This gives you the layout for your week. You can always change it if needed but it gets you headed in the right direction.
4.Keep a water bottle (I love glass bottles!) with you at all times. This helps you get in enough water throughout your day.
5. Clear all clutter from your head when it comes to bed time, take deep breaths through the nose and allow your body and mind to relax.
Here is to an easier week ahead with just a little extra planning!
