ROLL IT OUT!

 I am so excited ๐ŸŽ‰ to talk about #FEET ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ‘ฃ ๐Ÿ‘ฃ!

Rolling your feet (AKA, Self Myofascial Release (SMR) will help with many things. A few of my favorite are:

  • Reduce tight muscles in our feet, let’s face it they work hard every day
  • Increased blood-flow
  • Reduce feet as well as leg cramps
  • Improved range of motion (this can help with sprains and strains)
  • Reduce soreness (who’s used the phrase “my dogs are barking”?!)

Most likely at least one of these things (but probably several) are just what your feet need!

If you are interested in getting your own RAD tools click here! While my concentration today is feet, they can help you out with every single area of the body!

Here’s to happy feet!

XOXO
