Rolling your feet (AKA, Self Myofascial Release (SMR) will help with many things. A few of my favorite are:
- Reduce tight muscles in our feet, let’s face it they work hard every day
- Increased blood-flow
- Reduce feet as well as leg cramps
- Improved range of motion (this can help with sprains and strains)
- Reduce soreness (who’s used the phrase “my dogs are barking”?!)
Most likely at least one of these things (but probably several) are just what your feet need!
