REST!
Set aside one or two days each week for light workouts or to skip out on exercise entirely. This much-needed rest time allows your muscles to heal completely and become stronger, which can prevent injuries during future workouts. Along the same lines, if you’re feeling under the weather, low on energy, or are suffering from pain, then a day of rest can do wonders.
Also, be sure to give muscles a days rest in between workouts! For example if you worked your triceps yesterday skip that today. Your muscles need time to heal between workouts! Now here is the tricky part, donโt build in too many days for rest!
