They come in handy for so many things! I love to harvest fresh mint and herbs from my garden, give them a rinse in the spinner, and then use them however I’d like! For example, I made some refreshing cucumber and mint water with this batch 🥒💧 So hydrating and delicious! Maybe this could help with your water goal! 😉

I absolutely love getting in my daily walk in the morning. The birds chirping, the cool air and the perfect amount of sunshine.
There are tremendous benefits to walking, here are some of my favorite.
