Summer Solstice is one of my favorite days of the year! Celebrating the longest day of the year always brings a smile to my face. I've always loved summer - a perfect time to be outdoors - walking, swimming, hiking, picnicking, playing - celebrating life. Maybe even getting in a little yoga in the fresh air. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Being out in nature can:

There are tremendous benefits to walking, here are some of my favorite.

Did you know that social media is made to be addictive? Each like and positive comment provides a little hit of dopamine to our brain. Dopamine happens to also be what exercise produces! Dopamine is responsible for allowing you to feel pleasure, satisfaction and motivation. When you feel good that you have achieved something, it’s because you have a surge of dopamine! 🥇
I will be posting here and there but, for at least the month of May, let’s join together in cutting back!

I recommend washing your produce before it even makes it into your fridge! Then, utilize a salad spinner to spin it clean for storage. This will be such a game changer for your family!
