What I’ve Been Up To

Hello my friends! I wanted to stop in and talk about what Iโ€™ve been up to! While the world seems to be standing still I decided to take this time to do some things Iโ€™ve wanted to accomplish for a long time!

First, update my website! Many months ago my daughter, who happens to be a graphic designer helped me totally rebrand H2. It has been a huge project, Iโ€™m so excited to show off what we have accomplished and, I am thrilled about what is ahead. Iโ€™m also so lucky to have the help of the amazing and talented Emily Baumann to get my website transitioned over and get that off the ground. She switched over everything and made the site sparkle! Iโ€™m lucky to be surrounded by such talented ladies!

Iโ€™ve always been focused on just putting good content out there that helps everyone live a healthier life.  It has been exciting to have that content look good as well! So if you havenโ€™t browsed around heatherhausman.com take some time and look around! You can find information on nutrition, health and, of course fitness.

Second, Iโ€™ve began teaching online courses! This has also been something Iโ€™ve toyed around with doing for the last couple of years. In January I decided to take the leap and I started filming. Whew, Iโ€™ve never been so tired of hearing my own voice! Haha

It is overwhelming to think that people all over the world are working out with me! Helping guide so many people to live a healthy lifestyle makes my heart overjoyed! If you are interested in checking it out go to heather-s-school-2aa8.thinkific.com . These courses are very detailed in breathing, form and programing so you get the most out of your time and workout.

Third and lastly, education. Education is so very important to me! I want to keep up on what is transitioning in my field as well as ways to help my clients even more. So, in May I dove into becoming a Corrective Exercise Specialist. This means I can look a bit deeper into things going on in the body and help to correct them so the body is moving like new. I have wanted to do this for quite some time! I believe this in conjunction with my background in personal training, yoga and self myofascial release will benefit so many with aches and pains they think are part of aging. Let me tell you, getting older doesnโ€™t mean you have to have pain, it also doesnโ€™t mean you have to be sick or tired. Age is a number and if you take care of your body it will take care of you! Put in healthy food, get in movement and exercise and do good things for your body. It will reward you!
