Founded by Heather Hausman, a seasoned coach with over 13 years of experience, H2 helps people build strength, improve mobility, and feel better from the inside out. Heather combines personal training, functional nutrition, and mindfulness to support lasting, sustainable change. She’s worked with hundreds of men and women ages 35 to 75+, guiding each one with care, expertise, and a whole-person approach to wellness.
Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Functional Nutrition Coach, and experienced Yoga & Meditation Instructor. She combines these specialties to create personalized, whole-body wellness plans that support strength, balance, and lasting health at every stage of life.
