I’ve been a personal trainer for over 12 years and I still occasionally get intimidated by the gym. “Gymtimidation” is real and it happens to all of us - beginners and professionals alike!

Loud noises, mirrors everywhere you turn, bright lights that seem to highlight everything you don’t want highlighted, and SO many people. Are they looking at me? Are they judging me? Am I doing this exercise right? I guess I’ll just go home!
