
Okay, maybe it's not "perfect" for everyone but there are so many ingredients that can be changed around in an açai bowl that I'm sure a perfect combo is out there for you!
Here are a few reasons I really enjoy throwing one of these together:

I thought we would get the basics down first and then I'll share some of the many add in options!
So the basics include:
3.5oz Açai berries frozen or in a pre-blended smoothie pack
1 Banana (use half in blend and other half on top)
2T non dairy milk (coconut, rice, nut, etc)
1 Pitted date
1T. nut butter or sunbutter
Throw all these things into a blender until smooth, sometimes I need to add a little more milk, adjust as needed.
Now for the add ins:
Banana (as stated above, use the other half)
Berries
NutsDried
goji berries
Granola
Kiwi
Pineapple
Seeds (chia, sunflower, pumpkin, etc)
BOOM! You have a nutritious meal, without a lot of thought or clean up and it is so delicious!
