H2’s March Salad

Ok my friends, its 7 days of no sugar. How are you doing? Me? The first 5 days were a struggle but, as of last night I feel like Iโ€™ve got this! This amazing salad has helped me get that sweetness I was craving, not to mention its perfect for the month of March. All green with a pop of blueberries, delish! The recipe is below so you too can crush those sugar cravings.

2 cups baby spinach

1 Celery stalk 

1/2 Avocado

1/2 C. Blueberries

3 Mint leaves cut into ribbons 

Pinch of Pepper

This salad is easy to make ahead, just cover it well, throw it in the fridge and eat within 5-6 hours. It’s also packed with good nutrients that will keep you going! If you are looking for more flavor add a little lemon juice, yum.
