Part 1 :: H2’s Health Journey

In order to solve a problem we have to know we have a problemโ€ฆ.

I do have to admit there have been so many times in my journey that I was frustrated that no matter how well I ate, how strategically I exercised and how much I utilize meditation and yoga I was still suffering. I would run by someone mowing their grass and I was sent into an epic asthma attack, I eat gluten and dairy free but yet I kept acquiring so many more food allergies (I really thought sometimes it would just be better if I didnโ€™t eat, but I like food far too much), I was so fatigued I was taking a nap, yes, a nap, not as self care but as a necessity to stay awake until 10pm, yep. Thats when I realized what I was doing wasnโ€™t helping me!
If I wanted to get better I had to take things into my own hands. I had to seek out practitioners who understood, who knew how to help me without just throwing pill after pill, inhaler after inhaler at me.

So, my journey began!

Over the next few weeks Iโ€™m going to share that journey, good, bad and ugly with you! If you are struggling with these things I want you to know you are not alone! If you know someone else going through these things I hope youโ€™ll share this series with them. I wish I knew many years ago what I know now! However, over and over Iโ€™m reminded that I may not be in this field or at least able to sympathize with others had my journey not been what it was!

Join me next week for the next chapter in my journey!

XOXO,

H2
